We take on the fit-out, refurbishment and furnishing of your office from start to finish: site survey, space planning, furniture manufacturing, installation and handover. A turnkey project, with a single point of contact and lead times committed in writing.
How a fit-out works with us
Site survey
We visit the office and measure: usable area, columns, windows, socket heights, access points and lifts. This step defines what can actually be done and avoids expensive surprises at installation.
Space planning and design
We send the floor plan drawn: how many workstations fit, where the meeting rooms, reception and break areas go. We review the options together before anything is manufactured.
Proposal with lead times and price
You get the final layout, the chosen furniture, finishes, price and schedule. What is approved there is what gets built: no extra items added later.
Manufacturing
We produce the furniture at our plant. Making it ourselves means we can adjust sizes and finishes to what the space needs, instead of forcing the project into the catalogue.
Installation and handover
We arrange shipping and assemble everything at your office, weekends included when the operation cannot stop. We hand the space over ready to use.
