Dunati was born in 1977 from one entrepreneur's dream, which her family made their own. Today, more than 50 years and three countries later, we lead office space equipping in Chile, working with architects, designers and companies who understand that physical space is an investment in the people who inhabit it every day.

Our history

It all started as a dream.

Over five decades designing, manufacturing and implementing workspaces.

1977

María Isabel Muñoz, a 29-year-old young woman, starts Amuebla, a small office furniture and interior design company. Count only on your skills and desire to undertake.

1984

José Bianchi, husband and partner of María Isabel, opens a small carpentry workshop to support and develop Amuebla.

1989

Over the years, and in seeking to satisfy customer needs, Amuebla develops blacksmithing and upholstery to manufacture desk and chair structures.

1996

Carlos Harbie Muñoz joins the team, and with his arrival the idea of building a 3,000 m² plant is promoted.

2000

The new millennium begins in a big way: installed with all its machinery, including new acquisitions brought from Europe, the Furniture industry is officially up and running.

2004

The Amuebla family begins importing parts and pieces from Italy and the United States, managing to reach large clients and government institutions.

2007

Shortly after joining, Leonardo Bianchi travels to China to open a new path for the family project. Due to growing demand, some manufacturing processes are outsourced to Asia.

2008

To streamline foreign trade processes, merchandise from different suppliers based in Panama is consolidated.

2010

Dunati formally appears, a brand that becomes a new distribution channel nationwide and increases market share.

2016

Dunati arrives in Chile and quickly takes the pace of the local market. Months later, Amuebla changed its name to Dunati.

2018

Dunati Chile opens its first showroom in Ciudad Empresarial, one of the most important and consolidated office neighborhoods in Santiago.

2026

With more than five decades of history and a team that is stronger than ever, Dunati continues to evolve. New catalogues, new technologies and a renewed promise: creating spaces where talent flourishes and companies build their best version.
