These terms govern the use of the Dunati website (dunati.com), the services we offer through it and the purchases made on it. By browsing or signing up, you accept these conditions.
1. Use of the site
The content of the site is offered for informational and commercial purposes. You agree to use it lawfully and not to take any action that affects its operation, security or availability.
2. Accounts and the architects program
Access to premium resources (CAD blocks, technical sheets, prices and tools) requires registration and prior approval by Dunati. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for any use made of your account. Dunati may suspend or revoke access in the event of improper use.
3. Intellectual property
Dunati owns the graphic, written and photographic content of the site, as well as the catalogs, price lists, 3D/CAD blocks, technical sheets and other attached material. All of that material is the intellectual property of Dunati or its licensors, and using it without consent is strictly prohibited. Downloadable resources are provided for professional use in projects; redistributing them or using them for any other purpose without authorization is not permitted.
Likewise, content that architects or designers provide to Dunati as part of layout or interior styling proposals may not be used to promote or sell products from other furniture companies. Each party retains ownership of the intellectual material it creates and provides.
4. Prices and availability
Dunati reserves the right to modify technical specifications, dimensions, finishes, colors and prices whenever it deems appropriate. Prices, stock and specifications may change without prior notice and are confirmed in the corresponding quote; images are for reference only. We recommend checking any information with your project advisor before making a decision.
5. Liability
Dunati strives to keep the site available and its information up to date, but does not guarantee that it will be free of interruptions or errors. To the extent permitted by law, Dunati shall not be liable for damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the site.
6. Online purchases
Purchases on dunati.com are made with Dunati Chile SpA and are governed by Chilean law 19.496 on consumer protection. All the rights and guarantees that law grants apply in full.
To buy:
- Add the products to the cart.
- Enter the delivery district or choose pickup at our warehouse: the delivery cost is calculated at that moment.
- Fill in your details and choose a receipt (boleta) or an invoice (factura).
- Choose the payment method and pay.
Before paying you see the products, their price, VAT, the delivery cost and the total. The purchase is complete once the payment is confirmed; at that moment we email you the order details and its number.
What section 4 says about confirming prices applies to quotes. In an online purchase, the price shown at the time of payment applies. Prices are in Chilean pesos.
Campaign offers have a limited number of units per product and a set period, both stated on each campaign page together with its terms. Once the units run out or the period ends, the product returns to its regular price. If a paid product were not available, we will contact you to offer another delivery date, an equivalent product or a refund, at your choice.
7. Payment methods
- Mercado Pago: credit and debit cards, and the other methods that platform offers. Dunati does not receive or store your card details.
- Bank transfer, when offered at checkout: the account details are shown when the order is confirmed, and the order is held until we receive the transfer. Include the order number in the message. The purchase is complete once we confirm the payment.
Payment platforms belong to companies independent of Dunati, which are responsible for the operation of their own systems.
8. Delivery and pickup
- Greater Santiago and nearby districts: we deliver with our own team. The product arrives assembled at no extra cost, or in its box if you ask for it. The cost depends on the district, the type of product and the quantity, and is shown before you pay.
- Other districts of the Metropolitan Region and other regions: your advisor arranges the delivery and the product travels in its original box. The amount paid on the site covers only the products: Dunati quotes the freight and, if you accept, adds it to your order; if you prefer, the shipment goes freight collect and the freight is paid on delivery.
- Acoustic booths: transport and installation are arranged with a sales advisor.
- Pickup at our warehouse, free of charge: Alcalde Guzmán 0121, Bodega G9, Quilicura. We email you when it is ready, and it must be picked up within 2 business days of that notice. Bring the order number and an identity document.
Someone must be available to receive the order at the agreed address and day. If no one is there, the order returns to our warehouse and we arrange a new delivery or a pickup with you.
9. Delivery times
- Products in stock: up to 3 business days in the Metropolitan Region with our delivery.
- Products made to order, such as desks and tables: 10 business days. Each product page states it.
- Courier shipments add the carrier’s transit time.
Times are counted in business days starting the business day after the payment is confirmed.
10. Exchanges, returns and warranty
Periods, conditions and exceptions are set out in our exchanges and returns policy.
11. Promotional communications
If we send you advertising or promotions by email, the subject line will identify it as advertising, the message will state that it comes from Dunati, and it will include a simple way to ask us to stop. You can also ask by writing to info@dunati.com. Once you ask, we stop sending them. How we handle your data is described in our privacy policy.
12. Customer service
For any question about your purchase you can call us at +56 9 8583 5709 or write to info@dunati.com.
For questions or complaints about the use of this site or the purchases made on it, Dunati Chile SpA appoints as its representative Leonardo Bianchi, General Manager, domiciled at Alcalde Guzmán 0121, Bodega G9, Quilicura, Santiago, email leonardo@dunati.com. His authority is recorded in a public deed dated June 10, 2015.
