1. Data controller

2. Data we collect

• Contact data you provide in contact, quote or sample request forms: name, email, phone number and company.
• Professional data for the architects and designers program: professional association or registration, studio, experience, city, country, specialty and portfolio.
• Account data: email and credentials when you sign up.
• Usage data: pages visited, resources viewed and technical data (browser, device) collected through cookies and analytics tools.

We collect this data, for example, when you request a quote or a price list, send us a purchase order, subscribe to our newsletter, take part in a contest, submit a question, complaint or compliment, or request a meeting with our architects or designers.

3. Purpose and legal basis

• Answering your questions and managing quotes (pre-contractual measures).
• Assessing and managing your access to the architects program (consent and performance of the service).
• Sending you commercial communications when you have authorized it (consent).
• Improving the site and measuring its use (legitimate interest, subject to your cookie preferences).
• Helping you with your quote based on the pages you view and the times you open your quote, once you have identified yourself (legitimate interest; you can object at any time, see section 8).

4. Who we share your data with

We share data only with providers that render services to us (hosting, contact management/CRM, analytics and file storage), under confidentiality agreements and only for the purposes described. We do not sell or exchange your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes.

5. Retention

We keep your data for as long as the commercial relationship lasts or your account is active, and afterwards for the periods required by law. In particular, we keep information related to purchases, quotes, services rendered and invoicing in order to handle warranties, answer questions or complaints and comply with our legal obligations. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize the data.

6. Your rights

You can request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, or object to its processing, as well as portability or restriction where applicable, by writing to info@dunati.com. We will respond within the legal deadlines. You can also withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing. If you receive our newsletter, you can unsubscribe at any time from the link at the bottom of each email.

We use our own and third-party cookies. You can see the details in our cookie policy.

8. Recording your activity

When you identify yourself, we record part of what you do on dunati.com and keep it with your contact, so an advisor knows what you are interested in and can help you with your quote. You identify yourself in two ways:

• With your email, when you leave it on the price list or in a form. The cookie that remembers it lasts 180 days.
• With a link, when you open a link to dunati.com from the link to your quote or from a Dunati email. That link carries a code that identifies you, without your email or any other personal data. The cookie that remembers it lasts 30 days.

From then on, we record the dunati.com pages you visit. We also record when you open the link to your quote. Before you identify yourself, we record nothing under your name.

You can ask us to stop recording your activity, and to delete what we already have, atStop recording my activity or by writing to info@dunati.com.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect legal changes or changes to our services. We will publish the current version on this same page with its update date.
