- What does Dunati do?
- Dunati designs, manufactures and furnishes corporate workspaces in Chile and Latin America with office furniture: ergonomic chairs, desks, storage, meeting rooms, collaboration and lounge furniture, plus an integrated space design service.
- Does Dunati manufacture its furniture in Chile?
- In part. We manufacture desk tops, melamine storage and made-to-measure furniture in Chile. Metal frames are imported, and chairs are assembled in Chile from imported components. Sofas, armchairs and pods are imported international designs.
- Can I buy online and get the order delivered to my office or home?
- Yes. Products that show a price including VAT can be bought on dunati.com and paid with Mercado Pago or bank transfer. In Greater Santiago we deliver with our own team and the product arrives assembled; the cost is shown before you pay. We ship to other regions by courier and the freight is not paid online: your advisor arranges it, quoting it and adding it to your order or, if you prefer, shipping it freight collect. You can also pick up free of charge at our Quilicura warehouse.
- Where is the Dunati showroom?
- Our showroom is at Av. Vitacura 6577, Vitacura, Santiago, Chile. We are open Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 18:00, and Saturday, 10:00 to 14:00, and there is parking. You can arrange a visit at +56 9 8583 5709 or from the contact page.
- How does the program for architects and designers work?
- Architects and interior designers can register to access premium resources: CAD blocks, technical sheets, pricing and project tools. Registration requires prior approval from our team; once approved, you access the resources section with your account.
- How do I request a quote for an office project?
- You can request a quote from the contact page or by calling +56 9 8583 5709. Tell us the size of the space, the number of workstations and your timeline, and an account manager will follow up with a tailored proposal.
- Can I request material and upholstery samples?
- Yes, if you are a professional registered in the architects programme or a company evaluating a project with us. Upholstery and finish samples are requested from the architects section, to validate colours and textures before deciding.
- Can you help me plan the furniture layout of my office?
- Yes, in Santiago and across Chile. We measure the space, look at how many people there are and how they work, and propose the furniture layout with the number of workstations, rooms and shared areas. For full projects we show it in 3D before you decide. We also offer consulting, renewal and maintenance.
- Do you have height-adjustable desks?
- Yes. The Lift desk is electric and height-adjustable, so you can switch between sitting and standing at the push of a button. It can be bought online or quoted by volume to equip several workstations.
- Does Dunati offer sustainable office furniture?
- Yes. We work with GREENGUARD, FSC and ISO 14001 certified suppliers, design furniture to last 10 to 15 years and, for every Axis chair we sell, plant a native tree in Chile with Fundación Reforestemos.
Dunati in data: what it does, where it is and how it works
Dunati is an office furniture company that designs, manufactures and implements work spaces designed for the well-being of the people who inhabit them. It was born in 1977 in Venezuela as Amuebla, operates as Dunati since 2010, has been in Chile since 2016 and operates in its showroom at Av. Vitacura 6577, Vitacura, Santiago. It sells ergonomic chairs, desks, tables, storage, receptions, acoustic booths and sofas, and plans each project with 3D design of the space. Promoting well-being since 1977.

What local jobs are left out?
Dunati is dedicated to furniture and its distribution. Partitions, ceilings, floors, and electrical or data installations are left in the hands of the client's construction company, and Dunati coordinates with it or the architect so that the furniture arrives when the space is ready. If the client does not have one, Dunati works with allied architects and construction companies and can recommend them.
In electricity, Dunati connects the electrification of the furniture to the points left by the construction company; does not do electrical installations.

The visit is coordinated by WhatsApp or from the contact page. On display are chairs, Zenpod S and W booths, sofas, easy chairs, tables and desk bases, as well as material samples. The entire catalog is not there: if you are looking for a specific model, ask before going.

Does Dunati deliver to regions?
Yes. Dunati ships and installs projects in regions of Chile, and the transfer is quoted on a case-by-case basis. Between 2024 and 2026 it delivered orders in 15 of the country's 16 regions. Purchases from the online store outside Greater Santiago travel by courier, in their box and unassembled, and the freight is not paid on the website: it is coordinated by the Dunati advisor, who adds it to the order or, if the customer prefers, sends it payable.

It covers manufacturing defects with normal office use and runs separately from the legal warranty. It is managed by writing to info@dunati.com with the order number and details of the case: Dunati technicians validate the failure with photos and background information, and an executive confirms the procedure before moving the product.
Once the warranty has passed, Dunati maintains spare parts for its chairs (armrests, mechanisms, mesh backrests, bases, wheels and pistons), so only the damaged part can be changed.
What companies has Dunati worked with?
Among the clients that Dunati publicly displays are ACHS, Anglo American and Schindler. Two documented cases:
- Blue Express(Pudahuel): 2021 project in three stages (operational area, meeting rooms and coffee tables, and chairs with soft seating). He bought again in 2022 and 2024.
- Cresciente Medical(Las Condes): Federica modular sofa, Bongo poufs, reupholstered Malva visitor chairs and support tables, delivered and installed within 8 business days from the closing of the order.
What does Dunati offer architects?
DWG and DXF blocks, 3D models (OBJ, 3DS and SketchUp), a plugin for pCon.planner, laminate and wallpaper textures, technical sheets and physical samples at no cost. There are no Revit or BIM files.
Is Dunati Chilean or Venezuelan?
It was born in Venezuela in 1977 as Amuebla and has operated in Chile since 2016 through Dunati Chile SpA. Today it is in both countries.
Does Dunati sell only to companies?
No. It sells mainly to companies, architects and designers, but anyone can buy a chair or a desk in the online store at https://www.dunati.com.
Are the chairs certified?
Several, according to their technical sheet: the catalog declares ANSI/BIFMA X5.1-2017 in models such as Axis, Amara, Aquila, Eros, Grace, Midas and Cooper.
Can you try a chair before buying?
Yes, in the showroom. In company purchases, Dunati also lends chairs for evaluation, and this is coordinated with the advisor.
How is a project paid?
With 50% advance and the balance before delivery. Companies can request a purchase order within 30 days, subject to Finance approval.
Where are orders picked up?
At the Quilicura winery, free of charge. Dunati notifies by email when the order is ready, and is collected within 2 business days with the order number and an identification document.
How do you request a quote?
Through the form on the site, by email to info@dunati.com or by WhatsApp. For projects, send a plan or photos of the space and the number of seats.
