How much space each person takes
A comfortable workstation starts at 1.20 m wide by 60 cm deep. Below that the monitor sits on top of you and there is nowhere to put anything. With two screens or paperwork, add depth before width.

Electric height-adjustable desks let you alternate between sitting and standing. They cost more per position, so it is worth deciding which ones need it.

What size should an office desk be?
A comfortable workstation starts at 1.20 m wide by 60 cm deep; with two screens or paperwork it is worth going to 1.40 or 1.60 m and adding depth. Standard sitting height is about 74 cm.
Do you make desks to measure?
Yes. We manufacture our own furniture, so width, depth and finish adjust to the real space of your office. It is the difference between fitting the furniture to the plan and fitting the plan to the furniture.
Individual desks or bench workstations?
It depends on the floor plan. Benches share a frame across two, four or six positions: they use the area better and tidy the cabling. Individual desks belong in management offices or where positions sit apart.
How is the cabling handled?
Before manufacturing. Trays and cable ports are defined based on where your office sockets are, so no cable is left hanging. It is the detail that ages worst when left for the end.
How long does a desk order take?
It depends on quantity, finish and whether it needs special sizes. When you request a quote we confirm the manufacturing time and installation date in the same proposal, so you can plan the move or the team’s arrival.
