How wide the lobby is
The counter has to leave comfortable passage in front and working space behind. In narrow lobbies a straight counter works; when there is width, an L-shape organises the arrival better.
How many people attend
One position needs around 1.60 m of counter. If two people attend at once, an L-shape or a long counter with two defined positions works better.
Accessibility
A lower section lets you attend someone in a wheelchair and doubles as a place to sign documents. A detail that is appreciated, and it is defined before manufacturing.
What visitors see first
Reception is the first thing a client sees. The front finish is chosen to match the rest of the office, not in isolation.

What size does a reception desk need?
The standing counter sits at about 110 cm high and the working area behind at 74 cm. Each attention position needs around 1.60 m of counter, with comfortable passage left in front for whoever arrives.
Do you make reception desks to measure?
Yes, it is the most common case: every lobby has a different width and the reception is manufactured for that space, with a finish that matches the rest. In-house manufacturing, no intermediaries.
Straight or L-shaped reception?
In narrow lobbies, straight: it leaves more passage. With width available, the L organises the arrival better, separates attention from internal work and adds surface without lengthening the piece.
How do you make a reception accessible?
With a lower section of the counter, at the height of a person in a wheelchair, which also serves for signing documents. It is defined before manufacturing; adding it later means remaking the piece.
Do you install the reception in the building?
Yes. We manufacture, deliver and install at your office, in Santiago and other regions. In corporate buildings we coordinate access, lift schedules and packaging removal with the administration.
