Office furnishing

We furnish complete offices with furniture we make ourselves: we work out how the space should be laid out, manufacture to fit the project, then deliver and install. One supplier for all the furniture, with lead times committed in writing.

We do not do building work: we handle the furniture and how it is laid out in the space. On every project we work alongside builders and architects, so if yours needs one, we know who to point you to.

How we furnish an office

01

We talk through the project

You tell us how many people will work there, the floor area and when you need it. With that we can already say what fits and what makes sense.

02

We visit and measure

We come to the office and take measurements: usable area, columns, windows, access points and lifts. This is the step that avoids surprises, like furniture that does not fit through the door.

03

Proposal with layout and price

We send the floor plan drawn with the workstations placed, the chosen furniture, finishes, price and schedule. We show you the space in 3D before you decide, at no cost. What is approved there is what gets built.

04

Manufacturing

We produce at our plant. Making it ourselves means we can adjust sizes and finishes to what the space needs, instead of forcing the project into the catalogue.

05

Delivery and installation

We arrange shipping and assemble everything at your office, weekends included when the operation cannot stop. We hand the space over furnished and ready to use.

What the project covers

Furnishing an office is not just buying furniture. This is what we solve:

Space planning

How many workstations fit without cramping the office, how people circulate and what is left for rooms and shared areas.

Complete furnishing

Desks, workstations, chairs, meeting tables, reception counters and storage, all made in-house. Because we make it, sizes are adjusted to the project.

Meeting rooms and focus areas

Tables with power modules, acoustic pods for calls and short meetings, and the informal areas where work happens away from the desk.

Lead times, delivery and installation

A committed date, coordinated delivery and on-site assembly. One contact from start to finish, not one supplier per item.

Where we work

We manufacture in Santiago and visit offices across the Metropolitan Region. For other regions we arrange measuring and shipping; tell us where the office is and we confirm lead times.

Frequently asked questions

How long does it take to furnish a full office?

It depends on the number of workstations and the finishes. At Dunati a project of up to 20 workstations is manufactured in 10 working days, plus coordinating delivery and installation with the building. The date of the last piece installed is put in writing in the proposal.

Do you do building work?

No. We handle the furniture and how it is laid out in the space: planning, manufacturing, delivery and installation. On every project we work alongside builders and architects, so if yours needs one, we know who to point you to.

What do you need to quote the project?

The number of workstations, the floor area and a plan if one exists, the date you need the office running, and the building conditions: floor, lift and permitted hours for bringing furniture in.

Can it be done in stages?

Yes, and it is the norm in offices that keep working. The furniture line and finishes are defined from the start and areas are covered stage by stage: at the end everything matches even if it arrived at different times.
