If you are going to open, move or renovate an office and want a single supplier to be responsible for the furniture from start to finish, that is what Dunati does: office planning and equipment. We study the plant, we propose the distribution and show it in 3D, we manufacture in Chile or import each piece according to its origin, we install everything with our own equipment and we respond with warranty and spare parts. They are reference periods counted from the advance payment: special colors and wood veneers lengthen them, and the firm term of each item is included in the quote.
How much does it cost and how do you pay?
Individual products are priced in the dunati.com store; A project is quoted with its plan. What drives the cost, in this order:
- Number of positions and whether they are fixed, shared or elevatable.
- The chairs, which in a large team weigh as much as the desks.
- Rooms and cabins: how many, what size, with what table and what chairs.
- Storage and reception: how many pieces and if any are custom-made.
- Finishes: laminate, wood veneer, color, cable glands and trays.
- Deadline and logistics: entry date, building floor and access restrictions.
In projects, a 50% advance payment is paid and the balance before delivery. Companies can request payment with a purchase order within 30 days, subject to Finance approval.
To compare, ask that all quotes include the same: positions, chair level, installation, packaging removal and warranty per family. The lowest one without installation or spare parts is not the cheapest.

If you need a single company to be responsible for the premises and the furniture, it is advisable to have an architect or a construction company that coordinates both. If the premises already have a construction company, or are already finished, Dunati covers the complete equipment.

- Test chairs, desks and booths in the showroom at Av. Vitacura 6577, Vitacura, Santiago, Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. If you hesitate between two chairs, ask us to lend them to you to evaluate them in your office.
Is Dunati in charge of the local work?
We are dedicated to furniture and its distribution: 3D design, manufacturing, furniture installation and after-sales. The work on the premises is coordinated by your architect or construction company, and if you do not have one, we recommend allies.
How much does it cost to equip an office for 20 people?
It depends on the chairs, whether the positions are fixed or elevating, the rooms and the storage, and is quoted with the plan. As a reference to the list, task chairs start at $100,000 + VAT ($120,000 with VAT).
How long does a 20 position project take?
With line laminates and structures in stock, from 10 business days of manufacturing closer to one day of installation. Imported and special colors lengthen it; The firm term is in the quote.
Do you work with the client's architect?
Yes. We manufacture based on your design and provide you with DWG and DXF blocks, 3D models, technical sheets and samples at no cost. We do not have Revit files.
Do you install outside of Santiago?
Yes. Dunati installs in regions of Chile; Shipping adds business days to the deadline and shipping is quoted on a case-by-case basis.
What happens if the office grows?
It is advisable to save the quote with the series, codes and finishes of each item: with this, new positions are ordered equal to those installed.
