How we run a custom project

We talk through the project

You tell us how many workstations you need, what constrains the space and when you need it. With that we can already say whether custom is worth it or a catalogue model solves it.

Site visit

We come to your office to measure. This is the step that avoids surprises: columns, windows, socket heights and the door widths the furniture has to pass through.

Proposal with drawings

We send the layout drawn, exact sizes, finishes and price. If something needs adjusting, it is adjusted before we manufacture.

Manufacturing and delivery

We produce at our plant and arrange shipping and installation. We confirm the date when the proposal is approved, not before.

What does a made-to-measure desk mean?

That width, depth and finish are manufactured for your space, instead of fitting the space to a standard size. It pays off when you need to use a full wall, resolve a corner or match furniture you already have.

How long does a made-to-measure desk take?

A project of up to 20 workstations is manufactured in 10 working days, plus delivery and installation. When you request a quote we confirm the date in writing, so you can plan the move or the team's arrival.

Does it cost much more than a catalogue desk?

Not necessarily: we manufacture our own furniture, so adjusting a size is not a separate process. What moves the price is the finish and the quantity, not the fact that it is bespoke.

Can you match the furniture I already have?

In many cases yes. We work with the sizes and finish of what is already installed so the new pieces do not look tacked on. Send us photos and measurements when you request a quote and we will tell you how close we can get.
