What is manufactured in Chile and what is chosen from the catalog?

This division defines everything else: what is manufactured here accepts the measurements, colors and shapes of the project; what is imported is chosen as it comes.

The most forgotten thing when ordering: the project deadline is set by the slowest piece. If the cover is custom-made but the chosen structure color is not in stock, the structure deadline dictates.

On what structures is a custom cover mounted?

The custom cover goes on one of the seven desktop series in the catalogue. All have a 25 mm MDF cover with high pressure laminate; Legacy and Arista also support wood veneer.

The fixed line desks are 75 cm high. What is outside these measurements, or needs another shape, is resolved with a custom cover on the chosen series.

When is a custom piece of furniture appropriate and when is a custom piece of furniture?

What is the process of custom furniture?

1. Photo or plan.For a simple piece, photos and measurements of the place will do. If you work with an architect, he can request DWG and DXF blocks, 3D models (SketchUp, OBJ and 3DS) and technical sheets to draw on his plan.
2. 3D proposal.We draw the furniture in your space, with the chosen laminate and color. Measurements and details are adjusted there before quoting.
3. Price.In projects, a 50% advance payment is paid and the balance before delivery; Companies can request payment with a 30-day purchase order, subject to approval.
4. Technical visit.In projects, before manufacturing, a visit can be made to rectify measurements, review colors and validate the final details.

How long does custom furniture take?

These are reference periods in business days. The firm term is included in each quote.

Special colors and wood veneers lengthen the term. The practical advice: approve the 3D and define the electrification while your architect or construction company finishes the work on the premises, so that the manufacturing runs in parallel and not after.

What makes the price of custom furniture vary?

The meters of cover, the laminate, the number of equal pieces (a single reception costs different per unit than twenty equal covers), the electrification, the accessories, the transfer and the installation. That is why a custom piece of furniture is quoted with the approved 3D.

What doubts arise when ordering custom-made?

"Custom-made takes longer."Not necessarily. The cover is manufactured in Chile and the Versa, Arko and Lift structures are worked with stock, so with line laminates the delivery time starts in the same 10 business days as a catalog desk. What to ask before ordering custom furniture?

Can a custom desk be raised?

Yes, with the Lift series and within its measurements: covers from 140 to 200 cm long, depth of 70 cm (or 90 cm in 180 and 200) and adjustable height from 65 to 125 cm, with two motors, three stages, four height memories and a load of 125 kg.

What measurements do line desks have?
