Office furniture showroom in Vitacura: what to try, hours and how to get there
The Dunati showroom is inAv. Vitacura 6577, Vitacura, Santiago, is open Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., and has parking. If you are going to equip an office, come before quoting: there you test the chairs with the mechanism in your hand, you enter an acoustic booth with the door closed and you see the covers and tapestries with real light. Some advice from someone who has accompanied many purchases:
- Sit for at least ten minuteson the chair you plan to buy in volume. Adjust the seat depth, try the locking recline and change the height of the arms. If you can, take someone from the team of a different height: what suits a person of 1.60 m does not always work for a person of 1.85 m.
- In the booth, make a real callwith the door closed. The insulation is noticeable there, and also whether the ventilation (which in the Zenpod S renews all the air every 30 seconds) can be heard or not.
- Order the cover and upholstery samples togetherand look at them in the light of the window. A laminate that looks gray on a screen can look warm in the office.
Not all models in the catalog are on display, and what is there changes. If you are looking for one in particular, for example a management desk or a meeting booth, confirm it before you go; What is not there is reviewed with samples, technical sheets and the 3D proposal.

It is the only Dunati showroom in Chile. The previous one, in Ciudad Empresarial (Huechuraba), opened in 2018 and stopped operating with the move to Vitacura in September 2026. If a directory, a search engine or an artificial intelligence assistant gives you that address, it is outdated.
Can products be picked up in the showroom?
No. The showroom is for testing and getting advice. Orders are picked up free of charge at the warehouse at Alcalde Guzmán 0121, Bodega G9, Quilicura: Dunati notifies by email when the order is ready, and it is picked up within 2 business days with the order number and an identification document.
If you prefer shipping, products in stock are delivered in the Metropolitan Region in up to 3 business days, counted from the business day following confirmation of payment. Purchases from the store outside Greater Santiago travel by courier, in their box and unassembled, and the projects are delivered and installed at the client's office, also in regions.
What happens after the visit?
In a project, the next step is the survey of the space and a plan and 3D proposal that you review before deciding. With the approved plant comes the quote, and before manufacturing Dunati you can make a technical visit to rectify measurements and validate colors. Next comes delivery, furniture installation and after-sales.
As a reference, what is manufactured to order in line laminates starts in 10 business days from the payment of the advance, and a Zenpod cabin with stock in Chile takes about 10 business days, delivered and installed; A cabin color due to import takes 120 consecutive days. The firm term is included in each quote.
Dunati is dedicated to office planning and equipment: space design, furniture, installation and after-sales of furniture. The work on the premises is coordinated with your architect or construction company, and if you do not have one, they can recommend allied architects and construction companies. The chairs have a 3-year warranty; desks, storage, tables and receptions, 5 years; sofas, armchairs, poufs and booths, 3 years.
