Can I pick up my purchase at the warehouse?

Yes. Purchases can be picked up free of charge at the Dunati warehouse at Alcalde Guzmán 0121, Bodega G9, Quilicura. We notify you by email when the order is ready and you pick it up within 2 business days, with the order number and an identification document.

How does the withdrawal work?

1. You choose warehouse pickup when purchasing.
2. You receive an email when the order is ready.
3. You pick it up within 2 business days at Alcalde Guzmán 0121, Bodega G9, Quilicura.
4. You present the order number and an identity document.

The winery is not the showroom: to see and try products, the showroom is at Av. Vitacura 6577, Vitacura, Santiago.

Does withdrawal have a cost?

No, pick-up at the warehouse is free of charge.

Can someone else withdraw?

Whoever picks up must present the order number and an identification document. If it is another person, coordinate it first with your advisor.

What if I prefer office?

In the Metropolitan Region, products in stock are shipped with our own dispatch in up to 3 business days, from the business day following confirmation of payment.
