Do the chairs arrive assembled?
In the Metropolitan Region, Dunati chairs can arrive assembled if you request it when purchasing. Outside the RM, store purchases travel by courier in their box and unassembled, and freight is paid upon receipt. In projects, Dunati ships and installs the furniture also in regions.

If there is a cost for assembly, the advisor confirms it when purchasing.
How long does dispatch take at the RM?
Products in stock arrive in up to 3 business days with their own dispatch, from the business day following confirmation of payment.
Can I pick it up at the warehouse?
Yes. Pickup is free of charge at Alcalde Guzmán 0121, Bodega G9, Quilicura, within 2 business days from the email notification.
What warranty do the chairs have?
3 years, with a maximum use weight of 120 kg. The legal guarantee runs separately.
