Creszando Medical Case: modular sofa, poufs and visitor chairs in a single order
Creszando Medical, in Las Condes, closed an order for a Federica modular sofa in three colors, Bongo poufs and 25 Malva chairs: installed in 8 business days.
By Leonardo Bianchi, CEO at Dunati
Creszando Medical equipped its space in Las Condes with an order from Dunati that mixes four types of seating: a Federica modular sofa in three colors, Bongo poufs, 25 Malva visitor chairs and a Grace chair, plus support tables. You closed your order on October 28, 2025 and had it delivered and installed on November 10, 8 business days later. The case shows something we often recommend: when a space receives different people, several types of color-coordinated seating work better than the same repeated chair.
Context: who is the client?
Creszando SpA, which operates as Creszando Medical, in the commune of Las Condes, Santiago. The project is published in the projects section of dunati.com.
Challenge: what made this request sensitive?
It was not a purchase of a single model in quantity. In the same order you had to combine:
- Four types of seats, with different proportions: sofa modules, poufs of two sizes, visitor chairs and an office chair.
- Three colors on the sofa(light grey, medium blue and red), combined with the rest's tapestries.
- Tapestries of two different lines, SUN and HY, chosen from the color chart.
- A single delivery date, with all parts delivered and installed together.

The order was worked on as a quick project, whose reference period in Dunati is 10 business days plus installation. This was delivered and installed complete in 8.
The sofas are of imported international design and the chairs are assembled in Chile with imported components. With pieces of different origins, what helps the deadline the most is to close the tapestries when quoting, on the color chart, and not on the eve of delivery.
Result: what was left?
The order was delivered and installed complete, with the modular sofa assembled in its three colors, the poufs, the visitor chairs, the task chair and the support tables, 8 business days after closing.
What should be copied from this case?
- Mix seat types.A modular sofa welcomes those who arrive accompanied, a pouf occupies the corner where a chair does not fit and the visitor chair organizes the rest. Each one meets a type of person.
- Put the color on the modular sofa.Three modules in three colors mark the space without overloading it, and if the distribution later changes, the modules are rearranged instead of replaced.
- Choose the tapestry based on its use, not just its color. In a space with a lot of turnover, ask for the Martindale cycles, foam density, and disinfectant resistance of each fabric before deciding.
- Close the color before closing the date.If the deadline matters, choose from the available menu; Special colors are what lengthen a project.
- Try before you buy in volume. For 25 identical chairs, it is worth sitting on one. Dunati lends chairs to companies to evaluate them, coordinated with the advisor.

Chairs, sofas and poufs have a 3-year warranty; the tables, 5 years. If something goes wrong, write to info@dunati.com with the order number and details; Dunati technicians validate the failure and an executive confirms the procedure before moving the product.
