Management Office: Desk, Credenza, Bookcase and Matching Table

For a management office, we recommend choosing a desk, credenza, bookcase and meeting table designed to match in finish, cover and proportion. Dunati works on four desk and table series for this use, Legacy, Diamond, Prisma and Arista, which are completed with the Legacy credenza or the Access storage, all with a 25 mm MDF cover in high-pressure laminate and, in Legacy and Arista, also in wood veneer. If you are looking for presence, Legacy; if you want something lighter on the eyes, Diamond. Desks, storage and tables have a 5-year warranty.

What does a complete management office include?

Four pieces that have to match in finish and proportion:

• The desk: straight, L-shaped or with integrated credenza, 120 to 220 cm long depending on the series.
• The credenza, 62 cm high (lower than the desk top, which is 75 cm), for the nearby file, printer or a second screen.
• The library, low, medium or high: open, with doors or with glass doors.
• The meeting table, or a low table if the office has a sofa area.

The most common mistake is buying them separately and ending up with three finishes that don't match. You can see it from the door.

What differentiates the four series?

All covers are 25mm MDF and are 75cm high. The desks accept cable glands with plastic or aluminum cover, electrifiable tray under the cover and cable gland vertebra.

What desk size is best for management?

For an office we recommend between 180 and 200 cm long by 90 cm deep: leave space for two screens and a free area to receive someone in front.

If the file has to be at hand, there are two ways. The Legacy desk with integrated credenza occupies 180 cm of total depth and resolves filing and equipment support in a single piece, in a left or right version. The Diamond L-shaped desk (160 or 180 × 170 cm) does the same with an open return.

For those who prefer to alternate between sitting and standing, the Lift series has lifting desks from 65 to 125 cm, with two motors, three stages, four height memories and a load of 125 kg, from 140 to 200 cm long, and its own 180 × 50 cm credenza.

What credenzas and bookcases match these series?

In addition to the Legacy credenza, the Access series is manufactured in Chile in 18 mm melamine, with 18 mm MDF fronts and a 25 mm high pressure laminate cover:

• Credenzas in eleven types, with wheels or with legs, in left or right version and in different lengths.
• Low, medium and high libraries: open, with one or two doors, with glass doors or semi-closed.
• Overhead cabinets and mobile and pedestal drawers.

A tip before choosing: measure the wall where the credenza or library goes, not just the office. A socket, a radiator or a low window decides more than the catalogue.

What chair goes with a management desk?

Midas if the office requires leather or eco-leather, Eros if mesh is preferred, and Aquila if the adjustment range dictates (self-weighting, 4D arms, adjustable lumbar and headboard). For visits, Merano, Andrea, Brina or Yes. The chairs have a 3-year warranty.

Can they be ordered to measure?

Yes. Dunati manufactures covers, melamine storage and custom furniture in Chile; The metal structures are imported. That is why a desk with a length outside the table, a credenza for a specific wall or a bookcase up to the ceiling are quoted within the same project, and before manufacturing Dunati can make a technical visit to rectify measurements and validate colors. The service ofoffice equipmentIt includes the proposal in plan and 3D, to see the complete office before deciding.

How long does it take and how is it paid?

In line laminates, the covers leave in 10 business days from the payment of the advance; If the structure of the series is not in stock, send your import deadline. The wood veneer, special colors and shipping to regions, where Dunati also installs, lengthen the term; the firm goes in the quote.

Projects are paid with 50% advance and the balance before delivery, and in corporate buildings Dunati coordinates with the administration the entrance, the elevator and the removal of the packaging.

Where can they be seen?

In itAv. Vitacura showroom 6577, Vitacura, Santiago, the only Dunati showroom in Chile, you can try the Midas, Eros and Aquila chairs, see Kubo and Steelbox chest of drawers and a Lift desk, and review samples of materials and finishes.
