Are there spare parts after the warranty?
Yes. Dunati maintains spare parts for the chairs it assembles in Chile: armrests, mechanisms, backrests with mesh, star bases, wheels and pistons, for example for Axis, Grace, Cooper and Aquila. When the 3-year warranty ends, you can replace only the damaged part instead of replacing the entire chair.

What does the warranty cover before that?
The chairs have a 3-year warranty and a maximum use weight of 120 kg. To use it, write to info@dunati.com with the order number and details of the case; Dunati technicians validate the failure with photos and purchase history. The legal guarantee runs separately.
Can I change just the wheels?
Yes. Wheels and pistons are among the parts that remain available.
Are there spare parts for chairs from other brands?
The spare parts are for the Dunati lines.
