How many square metres do I need per person?
As a planning reference, 4 to 6 m² per individual workstation including circulation, and shared benches lower that figure. The exact number depends on the type of work and how many rooms you need, which is what the analysis defines.
What do you deliver at the end?
A layout proposal with the workstations, rooms and shared areas that suit the space and the team, with the matching furniture. For full projects we show it in 3D before you decide.
Is it useful if I have not leased the office yet?
Yes, and it is the best moment. With the floor plans of the options you are considering we can tell you how many people fit comfortably in each, before you sign.
How long does it take?
It depends on the size of the project and the information available. With floor plans and headcount we can move fast; we confirm the timeline when we discuss your case.
