What does office furniture maintenance include?
Inspection and repair of what wears with use: chair pistons and castors, mechanisms, drawer runners, frame adjustments and reupholstery when the fabric has run its course.
Do you repair furniture we did not buy from Dunati?
We assess it case by case. We manufacture our own furniture, so we can often solve parts and upholstery even if the piece came from elsewhere. Tell us what you have and we will say whether it can be done.
Are spare parts available?
Yes, and it is part of how we understand the business: repair rather than discard. We keep pistons, castors and fabrics available for our lines, so a chair works again instead of being replaced.
Is the service done at the office?
Yes, in most cases we come to your office and solve it there. When a repair needs the workshop, we arrange collection and return to disrupt as little as possible.
